RULES FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE EXHIBITION"

1. Application for participation in the exhibition:

•To participate in the exhibition, you have to fill out and submit the application form.

2. Payment for participation:

•After submitting the application form, the participant will receive an invoice for payment and a sample contract.

•Payment of the invoice will be considered as agreement with the terms of the contract. The contract will be signed on site during registration

3. Exhibition timeline:

• Exhibition opening hours for visitors:

  • 21/03/2025 12:00-20:00

  • 22/03/2025 10:00-19:00

  • 23/03/2025 10:00-17:00

• Registration of participants 21/03/2025 starting at 07:00

• Deadline for installation of exhibits 21/03/2025 starting at 07:00 to 11:30

• Deadline for deinstallation – 23/03/2025 starting at 17:00 to 22:00

4. Requirements for works:

•It is expected that the works will be made with a high level of artistry and quality of materials

5. Advertising and promotion:

•Participants may distribute advertising materials only with prior agreement with the organizers and within the limits of their stand, unless otherwise provided.

6. Participants' activity:

  • Participants should be ready to discuss their works, answer visitors' questions.

  • Please observe communication ethics and professionalism at the exhibition.

  • It is prohibited to disturb neighboring participants or violate safety rules.

  • It is prohibited to violate public order, safety rules and ethical standards.

  • Any interaction with visitors must be respectful and professional.

7. Responsibilities:

•During the exhibition, participants are fully responsible for the safety of their works.

8. Penalties for violations:

•Violation of the rules of participation may result in fines, cancellation of participation without refund, or other sanctions provided for in the agreement.
